Cancellation Policy

- Free cancellation 10 days before the service with refund
- Free cancellation in case of bad weather and sea conditions
- Cancellation 10 to 5 days before the service, loss of the deposit paid
- Cancellation under 5 days loss of 50% of the amount of the service
- Cancellation due to adverse weather conditions
- If the captain in according with Manager decides that there are no conditions to ensure the safety of passengers due to bad weather conditions, any amount paid will be reimbursed.
- Possibility to reschedule the tour for the following days or to anticipate the tour, if possible.
- Issue of a Voucher to be used within 24 months from the date of the cancellation.
  If the customer cannot move the cruise or does not want a future ticket for a future excursion, we will proceed with a full refund of the service. The safety of our customers and crew comes first!
